Thanksgiving and an Attitude of GratitudeWhat are you grateful for? Your family and friends? Prospects and customers? Your health and career? Whatever it is, it’s good to know that an attitude of gratitude produces a positivity in you and the people around you.
What is so special about this word that we celebrate it once a year during Thanksgiving?
The mere feeling of gratitude boosts your mood. It then helps you put your goals into perspective which produces efficiency in conducting your business. It increases your productivity, sharpens your decision making, and cultivate a more friendly environment in the workplace.
I like to start my day by showing gratitude. Before I dig into emails, social media or the to-do list, I think about the first person that comes to my mind. I pause, and reflect on why I am grateful for them. I then take 2 minutes and send them a card of gratitude. I can do this from my phone or my computer. A few days later, my card will arrive and brighten someone’s day. I have sent out thousands of cards like this over the years. Yes, it has a positive effect on the people who receive the card, but more importantly, it has as positive effect on me and my day. Try sending two cards for two days on me at WowGreatCards.com
As we start this week of Thanksgiving here in the US, I would like you to know that I am grateful for you!
Happy Thanksgiving!
