“Niche” is a specialized segment of the market that you offer your service/s to.
You need to be able to define your target niche in order to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
How are you doing in this area?
Look at your community and ask yourself these questions:
Who are the people that need/want the product/service I offer?
Who do I best relate with and why?
What are the qualities of my “ideal” client?
With these questions, you can filter your target market and pinpoint your audience.
Sometimes you choose your target niche and it works out from the beginning, and sometimes the niche changes as your business grows and evolves.
The important thing is that by always knowing your target niche is, you can build efficient marketing strategies to present yourself as a specialist in your field to your target client.
